Our 32 year old AC was on its last leg and I contacted Jordan at Prestige. He came the next morning to discuss replacement. He quoted shortly thereafter, exactly what I had requested. He was able to do the install only a few days later, even though he was extremely busy. He is knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, meticulous and punctual. The install went perfectly. Contractors like this are rare. I highly recommend them for HVAC repair or installation.You will not be disappointed.

Extremely pleased! Our AC died last week when we had a heat wave of mid 90s all weekend. He offered to come Friday evening when I called (fri afternoon), which I declined since we were going to be out of town. He had us on standby for Monday, was able to come out in the evening and had our AC back up running. A few days later, we felt it was cooling but not completely, and there was also water leaking from the unit in basement. What a pleasure to do business with. Actually answers the phone and returns phone calls. Had my old (really old) unit fixed in less than an hour. Didn't try to up-sell me. Prepared me for when it IS time for replacement. Very professional in every sense.
