Great customer service and cannot recommend this company enough.
Just had the most amazing experience with this company. Called on a Sunday night after our air conditioner went out. Ray promptly sent out two of his techs who were very thorough and professional. They looked thoroughly at the unit and the crawlspace and diagnosed a faulty condensate pump. But just to be sure, they checked Freon levels and made suggestions for cleaning the coils. I found the condensate pump I needed on Amazon and they confirmed that it was the right one and explained how to install it since I’m fairly handy.... read more
