Not professional and mean (behave better)
This clinic literally saved my life! I've been looking for a testing location, but everything is either booked or filthy. I had a pleasant experience and received my results quickly. They have such a great staff! Don't forget to be kind to our healthcare workers! 10/10
Took a test at their Jersey City location (Barrow St.) in Jan. 2022. No problem. Received results via an email in 3 days. Fast forward to July and I get an email from my insurance company saying my claim has been finalized. I check and this company billed them for a covid test and other charges for 2/15/2022. I never had a test at their location after Jan. and when my insurance company did a conference call with them on the line and I asked where is the signed paperwork I completed if I was there in Feb. Also agree with others that this is an insurance overbilling/medical scam service. Went to JC mobile clinic 11/23/22 for a single COVID PCR testing that took 5 minutes and EOB by insurance was over $400, I never even received my COVID test result.
Terrible experience. Made appointment for Covid test i desperately needed...showed up and NOBODY WAS THERE!!! No call to cancel...just blew me off. AMAZINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
