The process of getting a simple appointment is crazy. The number of interactions, phone calls, their change of appointment time, phone calls- avoid if you can.
Dr. Taveras was truly incredible. From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and understood. After just one visit, I felt a level of relief and comfort I honestly didn’t think was possible. I went to an appointment today at 1:00 PM. I arrived on time, but 25 minutes passed and I still hadn't been seen. I asked about it and was told I had to wait—yet they were attending to people who had arrived after me. Very poor service; I do not recommend it.
