Uhhh... I think they went out and bought me a brand new car and gave me that one? I gave them a car that was filthy inside and out and covered in stains. They did such a thorough and amazing job it's surreal. Note: the passenger and back seats werw covered in coffee stains when I brought it in. Also, I stupidly didn't get a wax sealant when I purchased the car (big mistake), but a lot of the scratches are gone or at least much better. And I can't even see where the stains were! Kevin always takes care of me—he’s professional, consistent, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything looks spotless. You can tell he genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Whether it’s a quick wash or a full detail, the results speak for themselves. If you want your car to look like new, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to this car wash regularly because they usually do a great job, but I was really disappointed with my most recent visit. I came about an hour before closing, so I’m not sure if that played a role, but either way, it shouldn’t be an excuse for poor service. I paid extra for a deep interior clean, and honestly, it looked like they barely touched it.
