I got in touch with Clarence when we moved into our new house, needing a backup sump pump installation. Both Clarence and his assistant Lucas did a tremendous job, not only with the installation but also correcting issues from the previous setup. They discovered an overlooked problem next to our house where a prior owner had incorrectly routed the drains.
