Just had them out again for plumbing work, and they’ve helped many times with repairs and replacements in my older house. They have handled pipes, valves, fixtures, and water heater related jobs, and the results are always excellent. I put in a plumbing claim through my home warranty late one evening. The next morning, I got a call to schedule the service, and just like they said, they followed up first thing on Monday. Clarence let me know he’d arrive between 9 and 10, and he showed up right at 9. Clarence was very professional, polite, and explained exactly what was wrong with my pipes and how he was going to fix it. We had a big water main leak at our house, so we called out two different plumbing companies to get estimates. Both gave us really high quotes and said they would have to dig up our whole front yard and the paving stones. He showed up right on time, was friendly, and quickly figured out where my leak was coming from after opening up some ceiling drywall. I recently called about a leak in my garage, which turned out to be a pipe under the main bathroom that was close to bursting.
