kai and his team came to my building to fix a blocked sewer. they quickly figured out what was wrong and started working on replacing my line the next day. the price was very fair, especially since it was an emergency, and they got my sewer and yard back to normal in just a few days. this team really cares about their customers and makes sure everything is fixed before they leave. i would highly recommend them for any plumbing, heating, or excavation needs!

I had two visits from Mario & Sons Plumbing for help with my bathroom sink. I was lucky to get the same plumber, Clarence, both times since I asked for him. Clarence arrived on time, worked efficiently, and was very professional. The service was excellent, and I’ll definitely call again for any future plumbing needs at my home or office. The customer service team was also fantastic, making sure my appointment times were convenient and arranging for Clarence to handle my repairs.

Kai quickly figured out what was wrong with our tankless water heater and got it working again. He also fixed the low water pressure problem we had up on our hill. He made sure to explain what needed to be done and was clear about the plan and costs, with no surprises. It was great to have someone so honest and straightforward. I bought a house in Roosevelt that needed a lot of plumbing work! I had to get almost all the pipes and the hot water heater replaced. The plumber came over, checked out what needed to be done, and gave me a fair quote quickly. Communication was simple, and scheduling was easy whenever I had questions. Lucas and Clarence were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job with everything. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again if I need more plumbing help.
