A terrible experience buying a car from this dealer. 1. It was not fit for purpose having major faults that caused the car to break down several days after purchase. And, that there were recurring faults which proved that the vehicle was unsafe to drive and was not driveable. I purchased a year old Ford Focus from this company in the end of August. It was a category D car and through the whole time I was in contact with them, they were clear with me about this and even talked to me clearly about the good and bad points of buying a category D car. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY I had contacted PCC and sent a deposit on what I quote was "showroom quality car" I arranged flights and boat to go lift car from Ireland. Do not even think about buying a car from here quite how they are still allowed to trade is beyond me. They buy in damaged cars, fix them up cheaply and then sell them as 'showroom condition' and hope you'll just go away when problems occur. They kept my car for over 4 months after I returned it for an oil leak, they tried to fix it on the cheap with sealant first time around and then went about moving it between every garage in Coventry.
