I really appreciate how comfortable and inviting this space is. As a first time gym goer, it was a big decision and I really wasn’t sure what to expect. Zachary Wychulis is my personal trainer, and he is phenomenal! Zachary actively listens and created an approach that alliances with my goals. I can feel muscles that I didn’t know existed!
Ericka was very attentive and listened to every concern I had about starting a workout plan. I feel she will take great care of me.
