Same experience of my principle not going down. Unfortunately I like many here, my wife and I have fallen into the Prestige trap. My wife and I have noticed inconsistencies with our account, we pay extra every month, instead of the principal falling, it goes up, when I have tried to trade it in the pay off increases. The dealership I got my vehicle through (after my Bankruptcy) apologized for doing this to us and recommended we seek legal counsel as the interest rate we are paying is far above Ohio's legal limit of 29.4%. Predatory lender. Interest rates are way to high. Big time rip off..
If I could give zero Stars I would. I have a 2017 Hyundai Tucson I've made about 21 payments on and yes I am behind on my notes I'm trying to catch him up but I get harassed every day whether it's email text or phone calls I got a text earlier about a payment arrangement I made for July the 18th and was told it was unacceptable, if I could refinance his car I would but since this is year 2025 and this is a 2017 car I don't think it's advisable to do that. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this to anyone. They do not improve your credit building. Not 1 of them have a bit of sense. They screw you left and right but rxpe9you to be on jumping stand by as soon as they need anything. I wish I never used them, now I can not get away from them. I have been paying on my vehicle for more than 3 yrs and my balance keeps going up higher each month.
