Horrible, incompetent company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm almost positive when you're working with them they don't take any notes about what has been said or done in the past on your account.
This is a sorry excuse for a company my husband had filed bankruptcy and this company send him a letter and he called them and everything and it took them a month to find us a car then another two weeks to bring us the car and they didn’t tell him who was financing the car and then prestige called and set up the payments and we was doing good and then my husband lost his job they would call and call and text and email and when he got another job they would call him at work and they would not work with us at all so today they... read more
At first it was ok. I have dealt with death of a family member and I fell behind a little. I’m slowly working my way back but this company is straight rude. The threatening emails, texts, and calls. Hell I’m trying my best but due to the economy it’s hard. They are not offering no help, no payment extension no nothing
As a veteran, this was a starting point for me. The dealership from which I purchased the vehicle closed without issuing all the necessary documentation. I communicated with Prestige, and they promised to provide the requested documents, but they never did. I relinquished the vehicle, but they wouldn’t take it back. I strongly advise steering clear of them. This has been a horrible experience.
Like all secondary lenders, they are predatory to people who are desperate. They assisted us during bankruptcy, which we were kind of grateful for because we needed a car And had no money to put down on a buy here pay here. As the economy changed, we were unable to keep up with the payment, and after reaching out for help the only thing they told me they could do was let me postpone one payment until the end of the loan, which they did.
