In 2024 I had to file bankruptcy. I received a letter from a well known dealership in Scottsdale, AZ that they could help. The approval was fast and the rate while not terrific was do-able. The financing was through this company. Fast forward to 2026. Things are better. I have a vehicle I really like but a finance company I can't stand. I've asked several times what the payoff amount is. I can't seem to get a straight answer. I just want to get the amount needed to pay the car off. This company sucks they are outrageous priced high very high interest rates and they are very harassing will never use again
Do not use these guys for a loan they use fear tactics to get you to pay your bill They are very non transparent.... my account online and the paperwork they sent me in the mail and what they said over text message and phone calls was never the same thing.
I’d give them ZERO stars if I could. Their loans are predatory, They constantly call and harass you before your loan is due, On more than one occasion, they’ve randomly added 300 back to the amount owed, When contacted about it and shown proof that there was no reason to charge us an extra $300 they refuse to do anything about it. They’re Crooked lying predators and I cannot wait to not have to deal with them ever again!!!!! HORRIBLE
