Hands down the worst experience of my life. I received an auto loan in 2018 and every, single time I spoke to anyone, no matter the situation, I received nothing but poor customer service, attitude, and lack of care. I wish I can give zero stars, it started in February, the last automatic payment I had was $230 for December which was taken out of my account but by January I had told them that the rest is going to be late, they at first said okay and they would work with me, the next day I get several text and phone calls harassing me about late payments, on top of that the payment has skyrocketed, more than just a late payment charge, they completely disregard the $230 that was taken from my account and when I asked them about it they co... read more
For the life of my loan, was non stop harassment (even though I made all my payments) Then a car dealership bought said vehicle and I was asked every day, maybe 3 or more times a day on when the dealership would pay them. Then they just up and set my online account as “not active” although I was trying to log in to make sure they had gotten the account paid off and such. I would recommend getting a vehicle loan through anyone BUT them. Honestly idk how they are even in business anymore.
Bullying practices if You are ever in a financial bind! I let them know over and over I lost my job. They continued to bully Me out of money I did not have because of this transition. Their interest rates are high & they take more for interest than the loan. I had 55 months to pay for use vehicle. I have seen $36 go on principle & 200 on interest. After 6 years I'm being told I still owe $7200. Whatever they attached for interest, late charges whatever Still owe $7200 after 6 years.
