Nothing but pure harassment. I understand due dates but with this economy they should be a little more empathetic towards their clients. I wish I didn't sign with them and I wish the dealer told me who was financing the car before I signed for my loan. I would of waited to make my last payment on my trade in but my last car had to go. If there was a 0 star rating it would be marked. They will change your due date and not notify you. But they will harass you every day for your next payment
Harassment is an understatement! I've never dealt with a company that harasses as much as they do. If you're not late they are sending messages asking when you will be making the payment. If you're a little late they are sending 3 messages, 3 emails, 3 phone calls all in one day. I've financed multiple vehicles through different finance companies, and this one has to be the worst one yet! Predator lending, and the highest interest I have ever saw. I had a truck with them and it was fine all the time, when I used to get behind a payment I just called to schedule a payment and they where cool about it all time never give me a call or messages from them, at the end I payed my truck just fine ia was thinking about another loan though.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Not only is the car we purchased a lemon, but they chronically call and harass us because my 69 year old disabled mom had fallen behind on her payment due to 2 major surgeries this year. Christina and Collin are SO rude and are horrible at their jobs. Collin told me today due to her delinquency they have now upped the total owed on the car. Is that even legal?!
