Rate reduction is a joke. Just called in to inform them my payment will be late for the 1st time in the 2 years of being with them. Due to me not getting paid during a company merge. Inquired about why in 2 years I have not had a rate reduction, rep informs me that I was denied as my address was not valid(she confirmed it had not changed). Lived at the same address they have on file for 5 years. When I 1st started with them all good. But omg they are so harassing. I NEVER miss a payment. It may be a couple days late but It is always there and they don't stop calling, pushing, texting even calling me at work till they have it. When I tell you it will be here this day, enough. But no keep calling and harassing.
I got rear ended back in 2022. The other driver's insurance paid a settlement check and my GAP insurance paid the remainder of the balance owed on the car. Now Prestige is garnishing my wages over $600 a month. How is this even legal? Time to get a lawyer. The worst company I ever dealt with.
