Prestige Express Car Wash is in a convenient location, but unfortunately my experience there has never been convenient. Their cameras consistently fail to read my license plate, so every visit requires me to press the assist button and wait for an employee to manually enter my information. The employees are always kind and helpful, which I truly appreciate. However, the process often causes delays. I had an issue (I thought) with my car not being washed after getting through the machine. The owner came rushing in and ran my car through several times. Trying to get it off only for us to find out that it was actually cement all over the side of my car. I really appreciate them going out of their way to help make sure I was happy and that my car was as clean as they could get it. Which it was after running it through three times.
