Dr. Newman is an ideal ER physician. I have never had pinched nerves before - and let me tell you, it is not a fun journey because it hurts so much worse than the phrase indicates - so my sobbing, shaking presentation after 10 days of high dose Clindamycin that another ER gave me for a bacterial infection I did not have (Christus Westover Hills), was a piteous sight. I was feeling pretty bad thinking it could be serious. I must say I have never been treated with more dignity and respect. The Dr was absolutely amazing. He sat down and talked to me in depth about my test results. The rest of the staff was the kind of courteous you just don’t see anymore. I decided to seek care here because my daughter also received great treatment on her visit. This place is the best kept secret out there. The bigger names out there could learn a few things from these professionals

Woke up with a inflamed eye with a style. Loved the first nurse that triaged and asked multiple questions. Made it funny and took my worry away. Thanks for that lady for your amazing personality. Didn’t get her name but she had a little tattoo on nape of neck. Always a no wait and by that I mean maximum 10-15 minutes. Always recommend!
