I've been several times this year 2023 (update, more visits in 2024 and 2025 lol) and each experience has been very good. Little/reasonable wait times, friendly staff, and knowledgable, thorough and curteous doctor (who even remembered me from my prior visits). My last visit recently was for vertigo and the staff was very patient with me. I always leave feeling good and grateful for how I was treated. This Prestige has become my go-to for urgent care.
I was in a car accident and came for neck, shoulder, and head pain and was treated with so much kindness Dr Arnett was very attentive and I felt he really cared. Nurse Meghan was also very sweet giving me my shot! Overall it was a great experience and a good way to end off a bad day!
