From the moment we walked into the ER until we left, your team was very gracious, kind and patient!!!! You brought so much joy and Nurse Aaron even took time to teach my son how to walk using crutches!! I can’t thank you all enough!!
Really good service and its really fast
I went to Prestige ER last night because the VA instructed me to be seen immediately. As a 100% disabled veteran, I chose Prestige because in the past I had been treated by the co-owner, Dr. Wright, who provided excellent care. Based on that experience, I trusted I would receive the same level of treatment again. I was wrong. The physician who treated me was extremely rude, dismissive, and barely spoke to me.
