I went to the Stone Oak location on 2/22/26 for a follow-up on Covid which was getting worse. I was seen by Aaron & Dr. Rodulfo-Zayas. I had developed pneumonia & am so grateful for the caring & professional treatment I received, along with an antibiotic & nebulizer. God bless!
I truly couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and care shown by the doctors and nurses at this facility. My daughter had a neck injury from cheer, and we were honestly dreading a trip to the ER—but from the moment we arrived, our experience was wonderful. Every single person we encountered was compassionate, attentive, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful time. I’ve been coming here since they first opened and my family comes here. Each time I come here, the staff is EXCELLENT. Their system is always on point.
I’m not sure what happened to the customer service at this location, but the medical staff is extremely rude. Tim (front desk) and Dr. Marc Bhogdte were unbelievably dismissive and belittling. I contacted Tim about some paperwork and he dismissed my symptoms and basically stated he went to work with the flu, so why couldn’t I go to work with a sinus infection?
