This guy is totally untrustworthy and lacks any morals or ethics. His side line is picking up women at work (he forgets to mention he has a common-law wife/live-in girlfriend). He likes to hang around and talk for hours after the job to gain your trust and confidence. His prices are low so he can get into your home and scope it out.
