BJ wasted our time, he only came up once and didnt do the job cause the crawl space was flooded my wife told me when she showed him where it was located, and when i got it all pumped out over the weekend, he never called me back, or when I got a hold of him after 2-4 days he told me he'd call me back, and never did, so I'll find someone else to do the job who will take the time to help instead of having me wait

Texted BJ on a Sunday and he responded immediately. Called him the next day in the morning and he showed up to give me an estimate in 10 mins. Once I got the estimate he scheduled me for the next day in the AM and him and his crew installed my EV charger. Great communication and reliable with fair prices
