Awful. Got my car detailed through their auto detailing company and when I picked it up I found that a knob on an air vent had been broken in two. Asked them to replace it, but they refused and said it wasn't their fault because it was "normal wear and tear". Now a $90 detail has turned into $135 in repairs, thanks Prestige! Definitely avoid them. Check out reviews on Yahoo too, they have a history of doing stuff like this. The only good reviews they have are clearly written by their staff.
