Serge and the team are truly excellent. They helped us with a very tough construction project. I felt that I was in good hands. Serge didn’t leave us until the kitchen was completely installed and adjusted. One of the best in the city.
I need to start with the fact that I LOVE family owned companies. However, that aside, the new look of my Kitchen is Amazing. Very poor operational management. They quote estimated installation dates and then do not communicate anything further. Waited over a month beyond original estimated date and everything is "out of their hands" and you have to "call Serge to discuss" and they make it very difficult. They blew threw the estimated install date by over a month, they can't give you any other date, and won't give a refund easily. I'm still trying on the refund. Very strange way of operating.
