Very poor operational management. They quote estimated installation dates and then do not communicate anything further. Waited over a month beyond original estimated date and everything is "out of their hands" and you have to "call Serge to discuss" and they make it very difficult. They blew threw the estimated install date by over a month, they can't give you any other date, and won't give a refund easily. I'm still trying on the refund. Very strange way of operating.

I have spoken with the store twice recently for an urgent order and am shocked by their customer service. I need a replacement part for a cabinet, and have been told to call back in a week because no one can help me. Even when just asking for a quote or an email to find out. They were curt, told me they couldn’t help me and hung up on me. Offered no alternative solutions or explanations. I prefer to support small business, but I don’t support bad people.
