J’allais à cette clinique car c’était anciennement un autre propriétaire Dr. Morin, je j’adorais. Je leur ai laissé des chances…. Mais là 🤬 Difficulté à se faire servir en français- certaines hygiénistes ne parlent qu’anglais. Mais le pire, c’est de me faire dire que je suis ridicule - par la réceptionniste- car ma fille - anxieuse ++ et qui fait des crises de panique - veut que je sois présente auprès d’elle pour une extraction. The best dentist clinic ever! I consider myself lucky to be a patient at Dentiste Prestige and to have Dr. Veronika Vraykova as my dentist! Dr. Vraykova makes the experience absolutely painless! I had several cavities treated, and she handled everything very professionally and with care!! Dr. Veronika Vraykova also made sure I felt no discomfort at all! Dr. Vraykova is a highly skilled but also a very kind, professional and caring dentist! I Highly recommend this clinic to everyone!

Following a previous edit of this review, I'm amending a 2-star with a 4 star. The dentist took the time to call me and address the situation as best she could, and while I disagree with some parts of what we discussed about incurred out-of-insurance fees and cost-related sharing of information, her point of view was not unreasonable. I'll bear my share of responsibility.
