Poor communication. Over priced homes that seem poorly constructed. Toured a couple of their recent home builds on the market, after asking to have one built with no response, and was not impressed. Found another company that was significantly cheaper, more responsive. Would recommend looking around.

Stay clear of Prestige Custom Homes if you want timely possession of your new home. The pace they are building in Fienup Farms, they might take a decade to build all the lots. Sadly the builder, JR, is on the HoA Board for Fienup Farms. He will be on the Board until Prestige finishes all the houses.... for eternity!
