I just have to write a 5 stars review and mention John Rossi because the service I just got for a simple inspection was FAR FAR FAR SUPERIOR of the NASTY attitude I got 5 minutes earlier at Triumph down the road. I did not have an appointment at either one but while Bruce at Triumph stonewalled me with repeating "Inspections on Wednesdays from 10 to 3" even if his mechanic was OK in doing it without appointment [I own a 150cc scooter,,,, not a big motorcycle!] John mentioned the need of an appointment but then proceeded anyw... read more
RecommendedFirst let me say I cant stand Facebook but I had to come back to post a huge thank you. you see I brought my 2006 FXDBI to them after a failed attempt somewhere else. The bike was like humpty dumpty in many pieces. I had a vision that I went over many times with Bill (god bless his patience). Burned a few times by other mechanics I was Mr skeptical! After multiple conversations and visits working with Bill, Andy and the team they nailed the project. my ride looks awesome. I could not be happier!!!

My bike was WAY overdue for a proper service since my accident. I knew exactly where I was taking it because they did a fantastic service on my Street Glide. They took me in right away, which I truly appreciated, knowing I use my bike everyday for commuting they lent me a 2017 Hd Roadster with the works 🔥That way I did not miss a beat. What can I say about this shop that probably hasn't been said. They are by far the best bike shop in the Westchester area and I know, I've been to all of them including the big name dealer's service dept (not going to say where). Bill is fantastic, meticulous, honest and helpful in everyway. They were able to take care of me in an expeditious manner, while also pointing out the issues that occurred from work done elsewhere, in the most not biased way possible. They installed a big bore kit on my scout 60. They're the first ones on the east coast to do this on a scout. Bill and his techs did an awesome job! The bike runs flawlessly! thanks prestige!
Vince and his crew did an amazing job on my Street Glide!!! Took it right in and got to it right away. Explained in detail everything they found and dealt with my warranty company and went above and beyond to assure my bike was fixed right.
