I brought my car a 9am for a simple thing should cost between $150-$200 at the shop and takes 10 minutes to complete. It wasn't an emergency and the car was drivable. They called me at 4:40pm and offered to complete the repair for $360 + a comprehensive diagnostic test for $220. (Kinda like an MRI for runny nose). Inadequate diagnostic and in my case poor customer service. On June 1st, 2026, I paid this shop a $69.99 diagnostic fee to "Check Charging System" due to an engine slow-cranking issue. The shop cleared the vehicle and stated nothing was wrong. FIVE WEEKS later, the battery completely died - a battery I had bought from them a year prior. Popped in here unannounced after ORielly said they couldn't install a battery for me (eurocar problems). The guys at prestige pulled my car in and got me in and out in about an hour (they had to order the battery too). They are reasonably priced, only use quality parts, and are honest, and friendly. Trips to the mechanic ALWAYS suck, but Prestige made it suck less. 🙏Moody's the man! 👋

I came in for an emissions inspection after being turned away at another place (the "machine wasn’t working", but they said the same thing last year) and being quoted over a 2 hour wait at Firestone. Within 30 minutes, my inspection was complete, and they even helped me to install a part on my car that I had bought but didn’t know how to put on. Finally, they even vacuumed the front carpets! I am very impressed with Prestige Complete Auto Care and would happily recommend them. I will be back for future car needs! Thank you!
