RecommendedManager Michelle is awesome and willing to address and help with any issues.
They need better communication with their customers. We are customers and without them they would have no income or jobs. The rent goes up, but the amenities get fewer and fewer.

They are constantly finding fault with tenants and charging fines. Their upkeep of the community is horrible yet they drop notices off to their tenants constantly about lawn mowing - management has actually been seen going around with a ruler to measure the length of peoples grass!! Even though the properties they manage (not sold) are in far worse shape. The management is hostile and vicious. I like living here! I never have a problem, but I stay to myself! I don't like gossip and I don't want any problems.
Hi I'm trying find a way to get ahold of the park manager about going and looking at a place in Blue Water Manor but everywhere I look online, the number they have is disconnected. Would anyone be so kind and send me a message of the number I need to get ahold of them? It'd be greatly appreciated!
This is a very peaceful place! I grew up here, and continue to live here! Raising my girls in my childhood home :) this year marks 30 years!
