So I got hit by some old guy, my back bumper and side of my car was pretty crushed! When I took my car to prestige, and Honestly the BEST PEOPLE EVER! They treated me with respect. Dropped me off at home picked me up no questions. And kept me up to date with everything. And by the time I got my car back I swear it was a brand new car! The worst customer experience I have ever had. My Tesla needed a pretty extensive repair. I was told they needed 25 shop days to repair my truck I waited 4 months for my repair booking. Around the 25 day mark I called to get an idea how the repair was going . Only to find out that my truck had only been disassembled at this point and not repaired. We unfortunately had a trampoline blow across the hood of our beloved Jaguar during a major windstorm. After some hesitation, given mediocre experiences with other shops in the past, we decided to trust Prestige Collision. Prestige is the absolute BEST! Not only did they get our car in fast to fix, the repairs were done quickly too. I like how they text us keeping us posted where they were at while the car was in the shop. The staff are so friendly and helpful too. Definitely available to assist when you need them. So pleased with my cars facelift. She’s back to brand new again.

My poor little jeep was victim of a hit and run. Prestige helped me to handle the ICBC claim and repaired my car like you could never tell it had body work done to it. Cannot recommend this guys enough!!
