10/10!! Wow, what an amazing experience with Prestige Collision Vernon. From the very first phone call inquiring about the repair needed on my car to the final goodbye and driving away. This was honestly a best experience in all ways. Bill at Prestige went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this shop. The service provided is top notch quality. The staff are so friendly and lovely to deal with, going above and beyond for their customers. If you're looking for the right place to take your vehicle, I highly recommend Prestige. 10/10

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have EVER received from ANY business. Bill should not be allowed to speak with or deal with ANY customers. Pay attention to the few bad reviews on here regarding him. They are legitimate. Also, if you are concerned that your vehicle may be "written off" choose a different shop. There were many repairs done that were not even part of my claim and nowhere near the collision area. A shame too, because their technicians working in the body shop do fantastic work.
After having dealt with Prestige Collision on multiple occasions I wanted to leave a review to share my experience with others. It has always been a positive experience from the initial quote right down to picking the car up from repairs. Highly recommend Prestige!
