Lost my $175 shirt and said I didn’t give it to them. I did. I took the tie off of the hanger that was inside the $1400 suit layered with the shirt because I didn’t want to pay for it. Careless and didn’t care. Shrugged at me said look at home (I live in Italy - this came out of my suiter all together in one plastic wrapping, two hangers) they’ve been doing it 40 years. Unacceptable. $1575 suit I brought back myself sized by a custom tailor in Sicily. You should be embarrassed. I’ll give them the option to pay for my replace... read more

So I came here to get some numbers reglued and ironed on that were peeling off and lady at counter tells me get it sewed on and it wouldn't cost me that much but couldn't tell me a price. Welp come to find out it was a lot more than expected and not the best job either. Definitely not coming back here.
