This place delivers and picks up. Their customer service is great and the dry cleaning is pristine. They also have a super quick turn around, within a day or two.
THEY SHOULD READ THEIR OWN REVIEWS!!! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Said they could get a spot out no problem. After driving back and fourth 4 times, the same spot is still there and they made me pay for it! I will never set foot in there and would advise the same to you. You're not even worthy of 1 star. Good luck!
Terrible Place. Bad Service. A complete ripoff. They stole money from me. They charged me $3 more per shirt than quoted. When I pointed out the error, they would not return my money and were very rude. Do not go here, you will be very sorry!!! Owner is a complete jerk. Staff is not much better.
Don't bother... There are plenty of cleaners in the area with better cleaning service and WAY better customer service. My clothes were left with spots a few times and the guy didn't seem to even care! No apology, no nothing. I had to press him to take them back again to be fixed. They charge $6.50 to dry clean a mans dress shirt!! We dropped off like 15 shirts and 4 pairs of pants and it was $97. We used to live in Irvine and the same thing cost no more that $40. These prices are CRAZY!
