I’ve been a customer for more than 20 years and can honestly say I’ve never had a problem, except once a button was missing from a dress shirt of my husband’s, which they promptly replaced!☺️Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, concerned about each individual customer… and they have “rescued” several garments that I thought I’d ruined. After the flood in 2016, they were a marvelous help to my daughter and her family.
I have used Prestige Cleaners for 6 or 7 years. I have always had good experiences with them. Everyone working here is friendly and tells me that they appreciate my business. No matter what “bargain” cleaners open up, I will always use Prestige in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Used them numerous times, but never again. They ruined the lining on a dry clean only jacket. Instead of lasting years, it now probably has only months.
For one, I brought TWO of my UGG comforters, which I absolutely adore, they cost way too much money, yes but that’s why I care for them so much. They were RUINED by these people, the soft comfortable has now what I can only explain as burnt fabric texture, I also gave them to them in the original packaging only to be told they THREW THEM AWAY.
