Been taking my 2012 BMW X3 for over 6 years now. Old fashioned, honest service, and never paid through the roof. Sasha and his team take the upmost care and pride in my Beamer, and I always leave feeling like I’m driving a brand new vehicle. If you love your car and want the best service. Dropped off at 8 for 9am inspection. Told it would take 3-4 hours. Called at 12 to check in, told they hadn’t started but would be done by 5pm. Called at 4pm, was put on hold for 10 mins then line cut out. Started riding to the garage for assumed collection and was called back by the manager at 4:30pm to say their mechanic went home sick that morning and the car couldn’t be done - then told me I was “not compassionate” when I explained I was frustrated about not being told when I had called earlier in the day.
