Ryan did a great job explaining our options a a treating our dog’s angry dog urine problem.
I reached out to prestige in August after I made my pets accident worse by trying to self clean. Prestige not only completely handle the pet mess, but they cleaned all carpets for a great price. Our tech was knowledgeable and took great care of our carpets. Will absolutely be calling again for future cleanings! We’re looking brand new!
ryan arrived within our scheduled time frame and got right to work. he did a very thorough job on my bedroom carpet. the deodorizer he used for pet smells from my 4 cats leant a nice scent to my house. he’s also helping me with a cat urine issues on a velvet couch. ryan is friendly and kind and good at his job!
First class friendly service Much appreciated
Extremely good service and super nice guy
