I couldn’t be happier with the results! Lou did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets—what I thought were permanent stains are completely gone. Terrible customer service. Three calls and not one returned. The answering service scheduled me but no one called back within an estimate. Guess they don't need the business. Of course I cancelled.

Lou is the only one I’d ever have clean my carpets. He has super nice super professional does an amazing job did literally my whole house in less than two hours and I had a couple serious stains from my dog that are about 98% gone. It was a bad stain. It was red and it’s amazing how much it’s gotten, and the carpet lines on the carpet after is the icing on the cake
