My friend came here due to his stroke. The staff and therapy team here had done an amazing job in caring for him! He’s made amazing progress and we couldn’t be happier. The social worker Hana goes above and beyond and is very helpful in helping us apply for Medicaid and helping us with the spend down process. She also found us a wonderful Alf to move my friend to. She’s very knowledgeable and kind. We couldn’t ask for better care!

It’s a nice place, the staffs is very friendly and take care the patients very well! My mom also like the food here. My parents also get help from the staff named Hana who helped them have the Medicaid insurance. She was with my family three hours to make a phone call to help us. My mom did has a stroke, it’s sad but luckily she came to the right place to recover and receive a good care.

This place provide very good service for patient. My sister is here and i visit here freuqently and I always see staff taking very good care of patient. The social worker Hana help my sister with getting coverage and finding an assisted living facility! Team Reedwood did so much for my sister and I am so grateful she went here versus other places!

My aunt was transferred from another rehab center that was not to our liking. We were so thrilled to meet the manager and got a tour. The most positive thing about my tour at Reedwood Prestige Care was just how super friendly everybody was.The facility was very clean, well organized, and the staff/social worker were so helpful providing professional care, and giving so much information to help us in a situation we had little knowledge about. How every morning for the first two months my bed was fifth in line at the drive-thru at Starbucks I’ll never know. I’m told I was hallucinating. Could be. However, the staff here humored me until I got a little better. Now I’m off for the next step in my recovery at a center where I can see the Rose Festival Air Show from my bedroom window.
