Some workers were really good, there was a handful that was rude and inattentive to your needs. Soiled myself in bed one night and literally laid there in my own feces for 7 hours before I could get anyone to help in me. In the day there's a pretty good staff in but late at night there's like only 3 or 4 people and they might check in on you once in there 12 hr shift. Manny, Corina, Sandra, Jayden, Mark, and Tia are the only staff members who actually care about you! Besides them I have never been more disrespected and just discussed with quality of care! My wound care was left unattended for up to 5 days past when it was to be changed. I had to go back to the hospital due to their lack of care. If you have a choice do NOT use this facility!

Wound care here is fantastic! Howard and Qu are absolutely brilliant. OT & PT are also great. However, everything else lacks. Especially not working with the dietician. Menu is getting better, but it took almost 2 months to get there.
