Please do not send your loved ones here I currently have a family member in this care facility and has been neglected to the full extent! The staff at the facility are highly unprofessional Meela at the front desk will completely ignore you and if asked for any assistance will have rude remarks to carry with her bad attitude. This facility is not secure the front door has patients letting random people in and out. Doing this as another provider. We had a difficult patient and sent them to Menlo and have heard great things about the facility through them. Great management team.
Was discharged to this place today and what an ordeal. First off the admitting lead gal didn’t even know I was coming, though they were notified. The room they tried to put me in was filthy with beds straight out of the 80’s with matching mattress. As a fall risk, the bed had no precautions to prevent or notify staff of I fell. Writing and stickers on the wall and dust to match. For a medical facility they should be exceptionally clean, but no. There was also medication on the floor. This facility went downhill quick, had a doctor Siemens with an in care provider, who stated he would be right back after I barely got to speaking! He never came back to the appointment and I had a little bit of some serious things going on. He came back a couple of days later and said we would have another appointment Monday, which was the prior appointment. Day of the week! Amazing and Wonderful! I am currently a patient, resident at Menlo Park Post Acute. I was at first sceptical about any and all physical rehabilitation facilities. However Menlo Park Post Acute has performed to me an incredible service! Staff from top to bottom ALL HANDS have been EMPATHETIC, KIND, COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY and PROFESSIONAL!
