So I pull up for a wash tell him I want the full package wash its $16.00 so he tells me there is a $4.00 cash charge for gratuity for full service. But yet the sign states $16.00 for full service. Thats what he put on my credit card so explain to me why I need to give him anotherv $4.00 and it has to be cash cant put it on card. Gee you think there robbing people. Wonder if owner knows
