I like the place, but giving it 1 star because you apparently can’t use the vacuums if it’s raining out..? We’re in New England, so I guess 50% of the days or more, the vacuums aren’t usable. Just want to let people know that before they pay $30 a month for a membership like I do. I also call BS on that, they just don’t want people pulling up to get a free vacuum when they aren’t gonna go through the car wash because it’s raining out, so they turn them off when the weather is bad. It is a late comment. I used the service in early March. My first time with Prestige, which is in Peabody, is bad. The staff are nice but my mirror is broken during the car wash. The staff helped me to "plug" it back. But one leg of the mirror is broken. The second time I went to Boston store. My mirror came out again so I can confirm my mirror is broken. I am extremely frustrated with the experience and now I need to pay around 60 dollars to repair my mirror. And I don't think I will go to any store of Prestige Car Wash any... read more
