DO NOT go to this car wash , i had my brand new car for a month i went through the car wash and my work is in the same plaza so when i parked and started to wipe down my car there was damage, my trunk had two huge scratches on the back one of the scratches took the paint off , above my window in the rear there are 7 dents , i went back to the car wash to speak to the manager who was trying to take me for a fool saying that didn't happen at the car wash . i then asked for a damage report paper to fill out and he tried to tell... read more
Having recently moved to the area, I have been looking for a good car wash, but this isn't one. They were short staffed and it's not a full service car wash, so they only do the exterior and you're left to do the inside yourself. That explains why the price seemed so reasonable at first. While I will admit it was fun being able to stay in the car while it went through the wash, that was about the extent of the fun. I am completely unsatisfied with THEIR job, I took my truck for a Washing at this place, there was three gentleman attending, and After I paid for the service I went through the washing room, right after Get off the room I saw a HUGE scratch and my antenna was gone, so I asked nicely and polite so He said THIS IS YOUR Problem, so I lost it, I completely got all angry, I never asked him to take it alway, he was supposed to TELL me to take the antenna off, but it seems like I cant do anything about. ������������ I only gave th... read more
Scratched brand new paint with the first wash. Place should be torn down. Terrible.
To all my friends back home, please do not use Randys Car Washes in Medford, MA! Two of my family members were completely disrespected there today! An employee swore at and demeaned them for simply following the instructions that another employee gave them! Awful service!
Where washing your car is like going to a rave. Highly recommended.
