I have sent 100 plus emails to cancel and called various numbers many many times and no response. Nothing...I also talked to the operator at the Melrose location many times and he has no answers and says he doesn't have a supervisor he can call. Plus the wash is terrible. Leaves soap and water all over the car.
Have been trying to cancel my monthly service since Feb and no one picks up the phone at any of the locations and when you go to the actual car wash they say you have to cancel over the phone or online funny thing is the website doesn't work. The computer was down for 2 days at the carwash and couldnt get a car wash and vacuums removed. They had no problem billing people for a service you couldbt get either. Horrible bussiness
Does anybody know hot to contact their customer service? Their phone numbers at various locations are either out of service or no one picks up. The website also doesn't work. License plate fell off my wifes car and theres no way of knowing whether it happened at the carwash. Hello owner/manager???
