It is a major flaw in the system of the touchless wash to allow a purchase while someone is in the wash because it just doubles their wash. As staff member told me this as the driver was pulling out of the wash. The staff member said he would take care of it. Walked away and left me sitting there for 20 minutes. One of the employees made us wait north of ten minutes while he hit on a girl to go through the wash. I tried to explain to him, that as a medical service provider, I was limited on time and had to go. He could’ve easily have easily pulled over. The individual then decided to scream at me to be patient; I had to wait another 5 minutes. Putting your needs, dating in front of the customer, cool.
