I had a great service experience at this location, I dropped it off for basic maintenance. They took me to the gym so that I could work out while they were working on my car and then came and picked me back up with no problem at all.
If I could give this place a 0 I would. I brought my 2021 Chevy Camaro in for an inspection, oil change, and for them to diagnose an issue with the parking brake. When I checked in I asked could they take a look at my brakes because they were squeaking bad. They said they would. The advisor calls and says hey, are you the only owner, I said yes, she goes the tech says the brakes look brand new. I trusted them. I booked an official appointment, drove an hour to get here, and arrived only to find out no technician was available to look at my Lyriq. Nobody called ahead to warn me or reschedule. Wasting two hours of my day for absolutely nothing is a complete joke.
