This was my 3rd time coming here first 2 visits never had a issue and trust me that is the was my last time after the service I received let’s start off by saying the hair wash was not good she did not my comb my hair through the hair wash my hair was still tangled! Every time I go here the price always changes for the same exact service. I used to love going here because it's down the street from my house. I brought my own leave in conditioner and she charged me 5 dollars because she put my daughter under the dryer. For a leave in conditioner????!!!! Then she LIED and said I told her to put my daughter under the dryer!!! For a leave in conditioner? I pray this business shuts down for good. Worst experience, I’ve been coming here and didn’t realized until recently they’ve been burning my hair off from the roots. It started in the back of my head and recently they burned off the front. Now my hair is thinner with a bunch of short pieces less than 1 inch while the rest of my hair is to my shoulders. I only noticed last time because everytime I combed my hair after leaving huge clumps of hair was coming out in the comb and my hair smelled burned for weeks every after rewashing and spraying it

The customer service is awful . I came here on a sunday and told a lady with red hair the service that I wanted & she answered in a weird way saying that they close at 2 pm on a Sunday and that its only two of them as if she didnt want to do my hair. My thing is why have a salon if you wanna be lazy and not do someone hair? Now i will never come back here again & I was a loyal customer with them for years.
