I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota Venza from Prestige Toyota. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from another state. My salesperson, Brenda Medina was excellent. She made the process smooth and addressed all concerns and issues.
I would give Prestige Toyota of Ramsey a minus one star. Truly, the lack of customer service is horrendous. We dropped the truck off mid day and expect it to be done by end of day… truck was not done, we had to wait an extra hour for service to finally be done. Our truck was handed to us dirty and windshield cracked!! a simple call of explanation from the GM would have made this service a lot less painless. The buying process was good. They were responsive to emails. The process was fairly quick. Andy Eagle was nice and knowledgable and GREAT at his job. I'd definately go back to Andy for my next car. If you are test driving a used vehicle, I highly recommend that you take the car on the highway and not just the around the block route near the dealership. I discoverd several problems on the ride home because I failed to do a longer test drive. I took the car to a shop near me to have the tires balanced and the lug nut lock sock... read more
2.5 weeks...still have not returned deposit. We placed a refundable deposit for an incoming car to reserve the right to purchase. Unfortunately when the car arrived they were unable/willing to provide a value on our trade in and the finance manager began to make a hard press to close the sale before the month's end. After reflection, my wife and I elected to not move forward with the purchase.
