Rude, dishornest, poor communication.
I've been taking my car to Prestige for a couple of years, mainly for the NY State inspection, and somehow they're able to manage the controlled chaos that comes with dozens of cars waiting in the street, multiple bays in use at a time in the garage, etc. I've always had my car seen when my reservation time comes up, and the folks in the office are friendly and efficient. Just a great neighborhood business.
I used to like them but I’ve had enough. I’ve given them chance after chance even when they got a ticket on my car. I go in there because some moron knocked out my sensor when they were parking their car and I needed them to fix it. They start telling me that rodents were supposedly in my car. I’m like ok... They said they will do an engine clean for $400. I said no, because I can easily get that done for $185 if I wanted to, IM HERE FOR THE SENSOR ON MY BUMPER.
