Thieves, run as fast as you can away. My son got hit, they showed up moved the car 15 feet and wouldn't drop it for the honest tow truck operator until they had extorted $525! not a misprint, $525 for 15 feet! Reported to the TOP Police Dept., BBB, and the AG of NY State today.

Came right away to rescue my daughter on route 9 on Father’s Day. Gave a reasonable estimate to repair. Pretty much the same as our regular mechanic was going to charge us, I know since we knew of the issue & the car was scheduled to go in within days. No surprises with the bill & everything was thoroughly explained. Bonus, my husband who knows a thing or two about cars, was happy with the repair.
What can we say here.... A 75 minute eta became a 3+ hour wait because they got "detoured". Somehow right past where our vehicle was then had to backtrack an hour.... And good thing we could get someone to drive 45 minutes to come give us a ride, because we were told that there was no way anyone was riding with them....Oh and then the icing on the cake, instead of backing into our driveway, for which there is plenty of room, they unloaded the car in the middle of the road, and drove it up our driveway.
