Had a poor phone call experience with Wally. Put in an enquiry for an Audi and he called me. He was extremely rude, kept interrupting and sounded like he didn't know anything about the car listed. Car I purchased had an issue. Dealer fixed issue but also stated I would be refunded the cost of diagnosis ($640). Multiple requests and constantly given the run around. After sales is awful. Have now raised complaint with Dept of Fair Trading. Avoid this dealer if possible.
I wish I could give zero rating to them. We bought Kluger Grande last month and at that time we were ensured that car was completely serviced and if any issue within 3 months will be sorted out by the dealer. That was the only reason we bought from dealer not from private seller where we could find in cheaper rates When we called yesterday about battery issue, we were bullied by saying you can bring car at showroom, we would check if no issue you would pay $220.
