An amazing mechanic from Prestige was my angel this morning. He immediately offered to change my battery at NAPA while I was pretty much stranded and used his military discount to boot! Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I did see Prestige on his truck and I wanted to let you know you have an honest, kind man working for you! I hope he sees this and knows how much I appreciate him!
Rude. Unclear. Unprofessional. Will not be doing business here. Better off in another mechanic shop.
bumper got damaged. they sourced and painted a new one, very fair and gave a price breakdown up front and were fine with me waiting a day before signing so i could get another quote. it’s very sad that the store caught fire but they had it at the second location
