Very transparent. Did not over charge me for something most mechanics would have. Prices are competitive, the work they do is great, and the customer service is professional. Thanks Jose & team! Update: came back 10 months later to get a new oil pan. They charged me 300-400 less than what other places were estimating. I’m sticking with prestige!
Another auto mechanic had my car for almost a week (Pep Boys ) and could not diagnose my car. Lied and said one thing and then another. I had it picked up and taken to Prestige Auto Services and they fixed it in an hour, for a reasonable price! I was already at more money with the other shop and I hadn’t even gotten an answer! I was expecting Prestige to tell me more that needed to be done, like mechanics often do. But they didn’t. They were great. 10/10 would recommend.
Great service. I brought my car here because a friend had recommended Prestige after I was rear ended and needed a taillight replaced. Good price, fast service, honest communication, and my car now looks like it was never even hit. I also appreciate that they're open slightly later than other mechanics, making it easier to get to after work. Will be bringing my car back again for future service.
