They were contracted by my insurance company for a tow. Delay after delay never came. Person on phone was very rude, Don't take on a job if you cant do it.

My son Brought his car for brakes and oil change. We were charged for a oil change that was not completed. I had a mother's intuition that the oil change was not preformed. We were correct it wasn't done and we were charged 60 dollars for a service not completed. Yes I do have proof, this was not completed. I would not recommend, they will give excuses, don't listen.
To piggy back on Jennifer King's review...we took the car in to a more reliable mechanic shop today for additional repairs and had them check if an oil change was completed. Sadly they reported it was not and they even provided a statement saying that the oil and filter was never changed. Dont worry we will not use you again and will make sure to let others know. What can YOU do so I can get my $60 back or do I need to elevate this?
Seem to be associated with some sketchy dealers out on route 1, like 1st Auto Gallery. 1st Auto Gallery sent me there and said thats where they fix their cars. They are not a quality shop, very misleading. Beware when you go there. My advice is to stay away, don't go there. Avoid it all costs. Fix it yourself with a youtube video.
