I was only there to reattach a hood cable thur my business (Oalkey Audio). We install Interlock devices as well as speed monitors. The staff is great answering all questions with a smile. The young lady at the front desk is great and on top of her job. If I had a German car I would probably bring it to them. I live to far away (lol).
Wow! This place did fantastic work and they worked with my schedule! They made accommodations for after hours pickup! I will certainly use this place for any of my BMW needs in the future!
I cannot explain our experience with Uro Werkz right now except for 5 stars. I will write more once able. Trust me!

I recently had my 2011 Mercedes E350 serviced at Uro Wreks, and the experience exceeded all my expectations! They managed a comprehensive list of maintenance tasks, including changing the oil and filter, swapping out the air filter, and replacing the headlight bulbs. They also meticulously checked and replaced the spark plugs, cleaned and replaced the cabin air filter, and replaced both the transmission fluid and filter, ensuring every aspect of my car was in top shape.
