I had two auto body repairs done at this shop, both of which were completed with major issues! The first one was for a rear bumper replacement for a minivan. After the job was completed, the hutch would not be opened or closed because the decorative trims on the bumper were too high, blocking the free movement of the hutch. The response from the owner was “You only asked me to replace the bumper. I can fix the issue for another $150”.
