I had a great experience with Prestige Auto Haus. Arthur was extremely professional from start to finish and clearly knows his cars inside out. The selection is very well curated and you can tell the cars are carefully handpicked and held to a high standard. No pressure, no fluff, just honest advice and a smooth process. While the initial sales interaction seemed professional, I purchased a 2009 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG from Prestige Auto Haus earlier this year. Unfortunately, the vehicle developed serious mechanical faults shortly after purchase, beginning with suspension failure within weeks. Tom was very trustworthy, transparent and very kind.
