In my experience, Prestige Auto Financial has been one of the worst companies to finance with. When you hit hard times, they absolutely do not work with you. Instead of offering real support, they bombard you with calls, make promises they don’t keep, and claim they’ll put things in writing—yet nothing ever actually happens.
