Great service. Poor at finishing and filing paperwork. This has negatively impacted my credit. It has been well over a year and has not been taken care of.

Watch out of for the service department. When I purchase my 2015 Kia Sorento, I was told that all oil changes had to be done at the Kia Dealership or at least purchase the oil filter from them to in order to guarantee the warranty on my vehicle. I've gotten all my oil changes done as I was told. However, per my manual the oil changes only needed to be done every 7500 miles and the service department said no they recommend every 3000 miles because we live in extreme temperatures. Walked into Prestige Auto with every intention of purchasing a vehicle. I stood by the front desk for a good 10-15 minutes and was never greeted by anyone. I went and sat at a table kitty corner across the aisle from the front desk. I sat there for at least an entire hour and was never greeted or talked to by ANYONE! Several sales people walked past me, and not one asked if I had been helped, or if I needed anything. I drove across town and purchased a vehicle from a competitor. Too bad, Prestige...

Crooked operation from start to finish. I leased a new vehicle from them. I asked before I leased if there were fees and charges to return the vehicle. I was told no as long as you don't come in with the bumper hanging off or something. Only to find out that there is a 400.00 return fee! I went in to explore my options at lease end in October. I said I didn't want them to run my credit as I was not intending to purchase that day. They ran my credit through 12 banks and for 25,000. I have no idea where the 25,000 amount even ... read more
