Customer service was horrible. I heard a lot of bad things about the place but still gave them the benefit of the doubt. I should of just listened to personal experiences
The guy who diagnosed my car was very rude. This is COVID-19 when people do not have jobs & he didn't give me a price upfront. He told :me the car had several problems over the phone, including gasket leaks (which I already had fixed. The paperwork he gave me did not reflect what he told me on the phone. He wrote another female's name & car model on my receipt to make it look like I never had a diagnostic done. He gave me really high prices over the phone but didn't put any prices on my receipt.
